PVR manager is starting up 0%, continues to do this without ever starting up. It's not loading after new version of exodus was installed feb2017.

The channels will not download after the new version was installed. PVR manager continues to rotate at 0% and doesnt download the channels. Everything is correct when I log onto iptv with my router etc etc.
