My TV Online+ box is trying to update and consistently gets hung at 5033725/7679126... anyone else having a problem like this?

I have an avov tvonline+ box, red one. I have been doing research. I learned that there are some apps that should be in my market place that are not there, like snes droid... I'm not talking about sideloading apps, I know how to do that too... I'm saying even though my box is updated, apparently...
