What do I need to do to get ilive App to work. Will load on my AVO1 but will not run

Hi, I am having freezing issues after 10 mins or longer and somtimes receive the techninical difficulties message. I can't seem to locate information what to do for this. No problem with my modem speed. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
