When I download vlc player from Playstore it doesn't work with Rocket.

When I type a channel number it show preview but actual channel doesn't switch. After the server upgrade channels are not switch. I don't have Mag boxes but all my android boxes are the same. I hope someone or mvas can fix this problem with a new emulator. or is it the server problem?
