i just cant pair anything with this box. bluetooth always on and still all i get is searching for accessories.any help on this?

i wonder if any have the same problem with xrs4000 it glitches or micro freeze every few mins. have 2000/3000 on the same channel same time and dont do that,i reset the box it stop for a while then its back. thinking of taking it back .

this is the hard reset the the dealer did (hold down the power on the box when power turn red which is off pull the power from the back of the box then replace the power all this while holding the power on the box then let go the power on box)

my box was downloading an update but it never take it.so try to reset it many times wouldnt happen .box working fine just wouldnt take update or factory data reset. does anyone know how to hard reset this box please let me know

i how order by mistake 256 mag ,what i would like to know is,can this work with rocket donation? otherwise i will change it back .
