Kindly anybody knows how to reset my MAG Box? Because there are voice on some channels. But not voice on many other channels. Is it help to reset the Box? Thanks

Dear All, I am trying to find some better pay site for to watch good entertainment channels. But before that I want to know that, when I come to main screen there I can see IPTV Channels. What is is the difference between IPTV channels and that you go into Setting and write url there?
