Anyone having a problem on VOD side? live TV shows fine but getting connection error when I try to watch a movie.

Seems like every Monday morning this happens. And then when you go to check donation. It's only certain # beginning in whatever to address. Then you have to search like crazy to find donation status. Am I the only one having this issue. Please assist or direction to assistance. Thanks in advance
