hi folks 2014 codes lasted there 1 year on thursday midnight. order three rockets (paplo) within 5 mins I receved in email.so new code with my my address , red bar comes up the mac address is being used.same with others any ideas thanks in advance mag 254

I folks just got my mag 254 in today pluged everything in and it froze on the main page im fomir is what it says tried everything unplugged let it sit for awhile same unplug and also internet same any help would be great I think a dud hope not three more in box to be delervered don"t...
