I haven't been using my mag 254 for a few weeks. When I wanted to watch a movie last night there was no sound. Same result on all other channels! Any help would be really appreciated.

Green remind button for upcoming programs doesn't work anymore?

Just tuned into fox sports 1 ( channel 150 ) and 10 minutes in it went down! There is a race tonight damn it!

Just signed back up the other day after being off for a few months just so I can get my nascar fix. Well, fox sports 1 and tsn 2 are both down! Shit! Go figure!

In the past I've had my rockets activated in less than a half hour. I am now over 24 hours and still nothing. Is there a problem I'm not aware of ?

Miami networks ( abc, nbc, fox ) as well as the weather network on channel 216 have been down for an extended period. Miss them! Any idea when we Might get them back?

Turned box on an hour ago and none of the channels would load so I unplugged the box for 10 minutes now the portal won't load!

First of all hi! I've had my mag 254 for a few months now and regularly Plug my USB hard drive in to watch downloaded video files and have had no problems. Recently I was at a friends place who has a Mag 254 as well. I plugged his external drive in and it was not recognized by the 254...
