Renewed with Papiao Yesterday & all worked OK but it looks like my card was charged twice. Any ideas how to sort out a refund?

EPG has has gone one hour ahead today even with 1hr offset in settings? Was fine last night & have changed nothing.. Tried deleting xml file & it came back again but still ahead, tried deleting data etc, no joy. Am def using correct settings because it's been fine for a while, all in colour...

Updated to Jarvis & the picture is unwatchable on all add ons not just live tv, had to go back to 15.2. Tried turning Aero off, played with acceleration settings & refresh rates, still unwatchable. Anyone have any ideas or are Jarvis & Win 7 just not friends??

Hi Got a strange buffering issue. When I watch through Stalker PVR with EPG etc, (which I prefer) I get lots of buffering, but when I watch through Ivue or IPTV Stalker it's fine... Any ideas why this might happen? On an android box, latest Kodi etc Defiantly not my imagination, have checked...
