Using StbEmu. Why do I have to put in my login and password every time I restart the portal and what player should I be using because when I login channel shows up but will not play. Is there another app I can use?

Can I bypass this some how? I need to add my mac address.

I have tried all 3 gateways with diffrent cards and cannot renew my subscription. I have also used the same card I used last year. Payment result fails evertime. I have tried four diffrent days now with the same results. Please Help!
