nat geo wild channel (HD, SD) have been down for weeks, are they gone or am i missing somethings to make it work?

hey guys, I am new to iptv. I just donated 1 year on rocket iptv. now i am using kodi with Xtream-Codes IPTV adon on nvidia shield 2017, but the channels freezed and dropped out. I want to try perfect player on the same box. Do i have to remove the addon on kodi first? Thank you
