Paid for one year IPTV/IKS renewal donation on March 22, 4 days ago.
Have all the info, order number,etc....but no donation info.
This never happened in previous renewals.
Any ideas?

Adult Channels, from #487 to #520, will not set up on Mag 254-R14
This started about a week ago.
Everything else seems to populate just fine.778 channels.
Will think twice before renewing my donation next week.
Anybody with the same problem?

Wanted to renew my donation for both IKS and IPTV ,
In Step 1, it showed the correct payment for both Services.
In Step 2, for check-out, it showed a lower payment for IPTV only. Not a combination.
What gives ?

Blue loading bar is stuck at 20% yellow.
Donation was checked and is active.
Mag254 was powered off for my vacation.
Worked flawlessly before.
Many resets have the same results.
Any ideas? Thank you......
