Changed providers from one who only offered 1.6 speed to one that has 10+. Issue was constant freezing hence change. On old provider all was working save for freeze issues on new provider only get some channles (tvonline). Noticed on settings tab Ethernet tab numbers had changed from 0.0.0.0...
