is the service still down i only get 10 channels and no video club on mag 254 its been down for almost 2 months now is there a eta on getting it back up and are ppl experiencing the sametjing i am?

i only get a handful of channels been like this for 2 weeks also i cannot click on the vod movies it does nothing are we down? im using mag275

purchased a donation code today and it says Order ID: 682xxxxxxccx Payment Amount: US$ 26.00 Payment Result: Succeed Please try to order again using a different Visa Card or Payment gateway. but i never got email with my donation code

i made a order through payease and went though got order number not no email saying i got my donation and the link to check order on site does not work

Tried to buy a new donation and none of the payment gateways are working it gives a website error

I enterd my user and pass and my box is stuck at loading bar I also did a firmware up date cuz that usally works

cant link my mac address to my donation it says on the website invalid or somthing.

I emailed them and they said they unlinked my mac but when I go and add to a new donation it still says mac already excist !! is there somthing up on there end where u cant change macs?

When i add a new client to my reseller and there mac address it doesnt seem to work no matter how much i refresh the mac and i even went to the iks66 check route option and still i cant give my client services for there mag 254s no matter how much times i reset the mag too. But for some reason...

I emailed iks66 10 times to realese my mac address on there server so i can purchase a donation its been almost 3 weeks with no response i also included an attached picture of my mag 254 box. Im very fustraited due to the horrible lack of customer support

I was watching id channel then 1 hour later my tv says please contact your provider to register this device. I checked my mac is still registered and my donation code is still valid with lots of days left. What do you think this issue is? Im using mag 275
