I don't know if I'm talking to the right person about this but I've been trying to get a channel fixed for almost a month now.. CI-Crime Investigation network USA it's like one of my favorite channels and I was hoping you could help me out with this or atlest let me know if it's gonna be back on...

Crime investigation network has been down been trying to get someone to fix it for two weeks but I've had no luck they actually have some dang music channel set on it Been trying to get this channel fixed for over two weeks can someone please look into there's a music channel set on it thanks
