Stuck on barber pole won't log on is the system up or down now.

I changed server from private server to rocket server and i get error cant log into papaio as my order number will not let me in can someone please help me find out which server i should be on. Getting pretty frustrated with this level of service, have been using this service for a few years...

I see in announcements it says back up but my Mag 254 will not log on, is it up or down at this time?

I have more channels not working than are on my Mag 254 anyone else having this problem seems as if very few of the British channels are working.

Mag 254 was working fine but i get connection problem message at the top of the screen fairly regularly comes and goes, now i am unable to log in i get the blue barber pole but no yellow bar moving across so wondering if the server is down again.

Hi. My Mag 254 was working fine now when it tries to load the yellow bar sticks at about 3/4 and i get a connection problem message at the top is the server down or is this a problem with my set up, Thanks
