Lost sound on some channels.

I have a 12 month route start date 11/17/2018 and it just quit on me as of 02/02/2019... What is the problem...?

Trying to renew 4 route's with the same email,card,and mac and still get a failed order. I have order with the same card and email many times before with no problems so what's going on...?
