I have two 4900's one working fine the other is locked on one channel and I can't even reach the menu. I did a reset and it worked for about five minuets then it locked up again. Now even a reset doesn't do anything. I looked on their site and I see the 4900 isn't listed any more.

I am trying to record a vod movie and when I press the record button I don't get any indication that it is recording. I have the one that came with the hard drive installed. Is there a setup that I have to do?

Turned on his AM and live is not working but Vod is ok. I did a factory reset and redid all information and still no live but VOD is ok. Tried my T1 and it is working fine. The T1plus has had the last update that was taken down. Could that be the problem?
