Trying to decide which service is better over the other. One service freezing more than the other? Seems like many are complaining of lots of freezing. Just trying to get some feedback before I make a donation! Thanks

I have tried to contact NFPS via their email but have not received a response in 3 days. Is this normal? Has anyone purchased more than 1 donation from them? If so how quick was their response and how good is their service. Thanks
