I was setting up Mac 254 and my mac address in the donation will stay in while I watch the TV. If i switch my IPTV box off, it changed the mac address in the donation to the default value. I had to change it back to my mac address to log in again. Now my donation status is changed to inactive...

I purchased my donation from a retailer, it stopped working. I do not have his email and other information associated with the donation. How Can I check it without this additional information. Thanks,
