Is there a subscription that has both Charlie & Beverly channels

When i setup my screen in setting and do my centring adjustment why when i shut of the avov then start it i have to reset my setting again doesnt stay saved

What does it mean failed to get stream url...some work and some i get that error also when Stalkerpvr is down do we need to add a new URL...This on my pc
