i can't seem to find the ppv channels in my lineup

I have a Mag 254 Box and the Yellow bar loads the portal and i can play the Videoclub Movies but none of the channels are working...... Tried a IPTV reset and didnt help

Hi, i havnt had my Mag 254 on for like 3 weeks and now when i try to load the portal 66.iptv66.tv it says " Please contact your service provider". And my Status for my Subscrition for my MAC and everything is active when i check on IPTV 66 website. Thanks for the help! :)
