Decided to return my TVonline 4 I looked on their site for return instructions and couldnt find any - does anyone here know if I can just send it back to their address or do I need to get some sort of RMA? I emailed their support and sales emails and have received no reply back.

Did this happen to anyone else? After last night's 8 mb update, favorites disappeared.

Each and every single day when I get home and turn my tvonline 4 using the remote, the box red light turns on, but absolutely nothing comes up on screen, as if still off. Until I go to the box and physically switch it off and back on. This is not acceptable, I hope AVOV fixes this as its one...

Got home yesterday and wanted to watch some tv to relax, turn on the box, it self updates, restarts - when it comes back I click on PLAY and I see the 2.iptvprivateserver in there - it loads the channel guide. Click on any channel, loading comes up for 2-3 seconds, then black channel image...
