Hi, I have two donations that are expiring over a month before they should, one actually expired other one expires tomorrow and both been purchased on Feb 14 of 2016. Is this an error? Why two of my donations got shorted by around 40 days?

I recently donated and when I tried to link the MAC to Donation on papiao site, however many different XX:XX:XX combinations I try, I get "Mac Address Could not be Updated".
