Hello! Is it my settings or Comedy latino Channels (Comedy Central, Comedy Central East) are down?

Hello! I'm trying to add my MAC address in the site as per email instructions after paid my subscription. For some reason I can't login. I try a few times with the order number and the email I use in my order it but nothing works. I even PM IKS66 personnel but not answer.....Please help! Thanks...
