while watching a channel. then another channel jumps in then after awhile changes back to regular channel, am using a dreamlink T1 dont know if there is a fix or not

Hi i just yesterday renewed my donation Transaction ID xxxxxxxxx My last years password is xxxxxxxxx was working last night but today it tells me my sub was ended. I changed my pasword to xxxxxxxxx and still not working. Please let me know what i can do. Thank You Barry
