Hey fellas, I lost my previous donation info for my mag 254, so I purchased a new donation 3 weeks ago. I can't remember any info from the previous donation (except for the mac address). When I try to link my new donation info to my mag 254 it says mac already exists. I know the techs are hard...

Just wanted to let everyone know, that yes the sites are up, but you still cannot change mac addresses. It goes to error screen.

When I go to check how many days are left on my donation, it asks for the order and donation numbers. I have the donation number but not the order number. Any other way to find out how many days are left?
