The VOD section doesn't work anything at all. It is trying to play but always freezing... even ask my fellow users and it is the same... Is there anything we can do to fix it?

my mag 254 frequently loosing power signal after use each day. It happens when box turned off, then next day the box does not respond. All I need to do is to unplug power cable to reset the box... Do I need to reconfigure something on my mag box?
