Got charge for 2 routs but they where never activated Anybody looking into this? if no let me know don`t care to loose money and go somewhere alse but atleast let me know something thanks

Hello Got 2 new rout yesterday and still can't reset MAC address....keeps saying wait 24 to 48 hours Even know I got my rout number comfim meaning was already charge...anybody please thanks in advance
