Is it possible to run an NFPS donation on IPTV SMATERS App ? Cannot get my donations to work on kokaleka lite. Have done everything recommended by their staff and still won't connect to server on lite version. Don't really like the pro version, where they do work. They will also work on Perfect Player with mac addy. I have a different donation company running on Smarters pro and I don't mind the interface on their app......Thanks for any help on this.....rob

trying to switch from tv-mate to kokaleka ( 3.0.0 ) on fire stick. After adding username and password, keep getting message - cannot connect to server. Checked credentials, did iptv reset, still no luck. Donation works fine with tv-mate. Any help would be appreciated.

Donation not working on kokaleka on firestik

Got 2 new donations which show active in papiao website but do not work on kokaleka app in my firestick or android phone. I can not add user name & password, I get message (your account is invalid or expired) or sometimes it says (invalid URL). Old donation work very well until expired last week. . New donation works well in my mag254 box with a mac address. After trying different options no luck,need help please.

So I went to my rocket and zeroed out all the Mac numbers.. then I saved and went back in and locked it to my isp. Then went in and put my user name and pass into the app and it says your account is invalid or expired... any ideas?

I have seen that some people want to run the Kokaleka app thru their Windows laptop or a Linux PC
First thing we need to know is that the Kokaleka app is made for an Android application. Neither the Window or Linux will run Android applications, so we need to trick your PC or Laptop into thinking it's an android and the Bluestacks Emulator will do just that

If you are running Windows then you will need to install Bluestacks and then install the Kokaleka app onto the Bluestacks.

I have been experiencing some troubles with the Kokaleka updating the channels/movies/guide. It seems to sit on that process forever and not update. Any suggestions? I can exit out of it and it will return to the main screen with the Live Tv/Movies/Series Homescreen. When I search series, the series show up with no description or options to play them. thx.....rob

Hey Guys. Hope all is well with everyone . I have a quick question. i`ve been running a VPN with my IPTV service . It has always worked previously on a Global Box . All of a sudden the service won`t connect when the VPN is running. I obtained another service to see if there would be the same problem . There wasn`t any issues connecting while the VPN was running . Not sure how to correct this problem with the first IPTV service . Any Suggestions ??

I'm having an issue with one user I've helped setup with the KokalekaTV app on a fire TV stick 4k. Everything works for me and everyone else I've helped, but this one user keeps getting a "Playback error" whenever they try to access the PPV channels. We've uninstalled and re-installed, we've deleted and re-created users, we've done a DNS refresh and an IPTV reset.

Is there anything that I might have missed that could get these working?
