Guys...Some help please. I have just purchased a Mag524w3 unit. I plugged it in and slapped on an IPTV subscription. I get a message saying, "Your STB is not supported". I tried to type in the full subscription statement and rebooted it. It now starts with a "Page Loading Error" I get a page showing me that Internet is enabled Ethernet is enabled, My IP Address and my MAC number. Is there anything else I can do to fix this problem? Samsung Q60R QLED Smart TV
AT&T Uverse 16 Meg Pipe
Knowledgeable in setting up MAG to portal.

Cord is cut and I'm not looking back.
Having experienced buffer delays and stuttering from 2 past services I got with the MAG254, I upgraded to the MAG424w3 and presently I'm seeking a new iPTV service provider.

In order to transition to the MAG424.

So far I've tried the cheap 48 hour test services from eBay, results are 100% "Your STB is NOT Supported"...

Hi..

This is my 4th year in row with iptv66 service.
This year I requested a new service instead of renew previous one but I couldn't connect due to appears “Your STB is blocked. Call the provider”
On email confirmation I received a password and my question is: where should I use this password to configurate my new account?
I have sent a email to contact and reply that account has been reset but same message appears on TV.
Please your support.

Mag 425a & Ministra

Has anyone tested the new Mag 425a with any iptv subscriber. I understand the new Mag 425a uses Ministra as its new Middleware opposed to the Mag254 Stalker Middleware. I don't see a need to download the STB Emulator in order to use iptv.
Can't I just input my subscribers info into Portal section and Watch tv?

MAG 425A & Stalker

I have MAGs 254 & 275....just want to update to new MAG put in URL & go but have been reluctant since some MAGs do not work with Stalker.

From what I read the MAG 425A works on both platforms so this box should be just fine for what I want...correct?
