I need help to make it work again. It was working fine, then one day it started rebooting nonstop. So I disconnected power and connected again. Now the screen is gone black. On the box, only red power light is on and there is no response to remote control at all. Is it dead? Can I reset? There is no reset on the box. Tooth pick doesn't work in AV hole.

Recently i have noticed that when i watch something from the video club, not live TV, after about 10 minutes the lips of the actors do not match up with the audio. It is out of sync. I have to press rewind, then fast forward to get it to sync up again. Its kinda a pain to have to do this every 10 minutes or so. ANyone have any ideas what could be causing this??

I just got my Global media box 4K and i love it .. except for having to use the hunt and peck of the remote controllers keyboard for searches.. I am wondering if anyone has hooked up one of those hand held keyboards via bluetooth or found an app for a samsung phone to allow me to type instead of using the remote that came with the 4K?? any help is appreciated!!

Retrieve Last Used Portal

I know this might be a long shot but i'm wondering if there is a way to retrieve the last used portal address from before a factory reset. I was messing with my box and accidentally ended up resetting it. Contacting my provider is no longer an option. Thanks

Hello,
I purchased a Global Media Box 3 months ago. I subscribe to IPTV with a Service Provider (SP). I found another SP close to home and cheap. I would like to change the SP.
When I took the box to configure it won't let me change the MAC address on the box. Is there a way to change the mac address, how do I change my SP? My previous SP will not release or deactivate the mac address, what should I do.

Hey Guys.

I am having a major problem with my global media box. Every time the box boots and I press the any button on the screen such as My TV or settings the box immediately reboots. It also reboots if I just leave it there for five minutes. Is my box toast?

I'm having an issue when I click on 'My TV' as the screen quickly goes black and nothing loads. When I hit the home or back button it goes to the home page without a problem. It is only the My TV selection that is causing this. I've tried resetting the box and ensured that we have the latest update installed, but still experiencing this issue. 8888888 not loading User interface

after updating the box it is not respond to 888888 remote press to load user interface.
when 888888 is pressed during bootup the light goes red and erases all apps manually downloaded.
i can use the web browser to download apps and run them but the user interface never loads.
