Is anyone having issue in the past few days where Disney+ won't open and say it needs update. When I try to update, I get "An error occur, please try again". It's as if Disney+ is no longer in the store. The latest Disney+ is Nov. 02. 2021. and the one I currently have is dated Feb 22. 2021. Anyone having issue updating this? Same issue on my T3. Also, any alternative store to Aptoide that works on this device? TIA.

Bluetooth is not working after Update

I have 2 dreamlink t2 prime. Updated both today (4/26), and updates went well, and seemed okay, but noticed that my bluetooth is not working now on either box, and reverts to off when I leave bluetooth selection under android system heading, and on bluetooth setting. I use the Bluetooth extensively since I am partly deaf and I am able to hook up To Bluetooth headphones, as well as use a Bluetooth keyboard. Otherwise I wouldn’t even worry about it. Thanks for any help.

Wifi connect issue

Took my T2 Prime to a hotel complex in Long Island NY and cannot connect to WIFI. I got the WiFi code. It works in my computer and in my phone, but the T2 does not connect. Tried Rkt and 66 with no avail. Any suggestions. Back in time, I was able to change DNS to 8888. Do not know if that is possible in Dreamlink to see if that makes a difference. Do Hotel wifi servers have the ability to block this boxes? Any ideas, suggestions???

I got this box from ebay a couple days ago and I download apps from Play Store and all apps showed me that my box got only 5GB storage. I thought this box should have 8GB storage. The box worked great so far.

When trying to install an application on my Dreamlink T2 Prime I get a message telling me that there is not enough memory to install anything. I get the suggestion to delete unnecessary software, which I did but I still get the same not enough memory available. It seems that 4.9 gig are being used already. I installed a 32 gigs SD Card and I hoped that I could move the applications to the SD card or, at least, install a new application on this micro sd card but I cannot figure out how to...

I tried already factory reset,software reset,uninstalled dreamlink on line and reinstalled and nothing work.

I have a client with a T2 Prime unit. I am looking for the Netflix App in the market, but all I am seeing is an App called 123 Netflix. I am not sure if this is what is used. I would be grateful if you can confirm that there is a Netflix App other than the one just mentioned, and where to locate it. Thanks as always.

file size when adding files using samba

I have a USB drive attached to DL. It is formatted as NTFS and has a lot of free space.

It can create recording files 3G or 4G large.
I can add files via Windows samba with size < 1G without any problem.
But when I tried files bigger than 1G, I got error "There is not enough space on share. You need an additional xxx MB to copy these files"

Any suggestion in settings so that I can copy larger files.

T2P Keeps Forgetting Its Recordings

Does anybody else have this problem: every few days my T2P "forgets" its recordings. The playlist is empty, though (when I'm lucky) the T2P will go ahead and record future programs okay -- at least until it decides to forget them again.

When it really messes up, I have to reformat the drive to get recording to work again, but still it forgets again within a few days.

Any thoughts?

My second post here and this one I need some clarification on!? I notice that the DL T2 Prime box has a MAC number printed on it as well as the underside of the unit (both the same). I hardwired it to my router and noticed that the MAC registered there for the LAN address is different. In addition, on the DOL2 portal interface, the MAC on the box and packaging is the same as the "ID" on that page but on the lower right corner of said page is the MAC identified by my router.
