In other words, it did not need a picture ID or Government issued ID to create or use an online Wallet with an attached debit or credit card and an Exchange website, as long as the transactions were below a certain amount.

It has since been dropping at a steady rate. This morning it is sitting in around $52,000 to $54,000 per coin.
The reasons why this drop can be difficult to analyze, but there seems to be a consensus on the reason and that has to do with regulations.

Shown below is what I found out
When using Bitcoin, weather from a Wallet or an ATM, the speeds of these transactions can be slow at times, depending on network congestion and such things.
The size of the Blocks play a large role in the speeds of these transactions.
Cyrpto Currency is basicly separated into two camps.
Those who prefer Small Block sizes and those that prefer Big Block sizes.
I know it's ytube (grrrrr), but this guy Andreas needs to be heard. He can explain all this crypto/blockchain thing like no one else can .... as long as you do not let it all get ahead of you, it's damn fine .

This is a great webpage due to the fact that you can click on any Wallet listed, and that will show you the 'goods' on the chosen Wallet.
A reputable on-line Wallet is a good answer for daily relatively small transactions.
But Please remember that a Cold Storage/Offline Wallet is the best possible Wallet for security reasons.
