Does anyone know the cause of why my EPG takes so long to load.

And by this I mean the real EPG.
The table that shows 10 channels and the data for each channel the next 4 hours.
Accessed via the EPG button on the box/software.
My EPG can take 45 to 75 seconds to populate, and it will only populate those 10 channels visible, when I scroll down I have to wait again for the next 10 channels to populate.

my provider tried a few things but nothing worked.
i factory reset box but didn't help.
eventually i uninstalled updates from buzztv2 and bingo it's back on.
when i update back to latest version it stops working.(com.buzztv.getbuzz_352_a31dc9d7-ef2f-4b1b-b16c-d13577639eb4
.apk)

are there any other buzztv2 updates that i can download and try?
after uninstalling updates i have no option to get tv series only vod films.

I have 2 of the 3900 buzz boxes and I love them very much and I really thank Buzz team for their exceptional work :)
One of my 3900 boxes works perfectly while the other one has the glitch that when I click to change channels for a 1 second or 2 I get a black screen and then it changes the channel?!
Why is that happening? and it does that with all of the iptv portals/servers.

At 11:35 pm Pacific time ( Western Canada) my 3900 gives me this msg every night....why is that?

"Unable to Connect to the Server, due to a connection error. Try rebooting your box. If that does not work, try rebooting your modem or Router"

So, I reboot the box, and everything is back up and running but EVERY FRIGGING NIGHT...lol.....?! Please tell me if anyone else gets this and what did you do to get rid of it?!
