Ok guys i just bought a avov tvonline + and just purchased rocket but my live tv keeps freezing and my movies are taking a long time to load and play what is wrong please help

Yeah all channels some stay on for a few then freeze then come back on then freeze

are you using wifi? how far is the signal? do you have good speed on your internet package?

Yea using wifi not sure about speed

You can check your speed on computer,try "Google" internet speed, their own one is pretty good about 5meg should do it.

Well im getting 1.04 mbps download 0.57 mbps upload and 147 ping how can i improve this the thing is i live next door to my dad he has internet and i have a amped wireless repeater router i can pick his internet up so everything is hooked to that but it shows a excellent signal strength on the add network when i connect to it

that speed is very marginal for good service, you must remember there are more than one of you on the net. Your dad will have to upgrade his service since you are leeching...:)

You do not have enough download speed can you just do wifi of his he can give you the code.
