why not let us use he complete MAC address of a device?

There needs to be a better way of verifying existing MAC addresses.. as we are growing in numbers the scarcity for valid mac addresses will perish. either that or allowing the full MAC address from the device to be used, since it cannot be replicated.

It's not as easy as you might think. Besides that, if you do the math, there are over 16 million possible MACs for each of the prefixes, and if you properly customize the serial number, you reduce the chance of your MAC getting hijacked to almost nothing, as long as you keep your donation number private.

you might be right but still with those 16 million possibilities, i went through 3 hours of trouble shooting because of a MAC issue :( lol but again, this is all just shooting ideas up, at the end i am greatfull for the service and the comminuty!

easiest solution is to buy IPTV box intended for this service , then you will not change anything and will even automatically be upgraded
