Got charged more than stated.

IKS rocket says two donations are worth $150. Checked my bank account debit card summary and got charged more than that by some Chinese billing place... not a ridiculous amount more, but a few dollars more. also got a separate fee which is the international charge. That one I understand, but not the other. Is this normal? Ah... I'm just worried about all the crap about lawsuits and stuff like that. I used my personal debit card and instantly regretted not reading forums lol.
