Mag 254 load issue

I have seen many posts with the same issue that I am having...my MAG 254 was working perfectly until I unplugged and plugged back in, now when its turned on it goes thru the process(I cannot get to menu by pressing ANY button) then goes to blue screen with "candy cane" and it never loads(turns yellow)...any suggestions?

re-link your mac addy...:)

see post#5...you could try a fac reset in the BIOS menu

be aware at best this will free the box to your ownership and control but leave you without a subscription

No it won't cause the mac is already link to rocket the reseller would have to unlink it first

to the OP, Wyzzard, try rebooting modem/router then box first....if that doesn't work re-link mac addy

Looks like my only recourse is to keep trying to get hold of my re-seller so I can get this Mag 254 working once again.
Yes, it's unfortunate but lesson learned the hard way.....
