Unusual message

hello admins , my service was working perfect during today and when i try to click on any channel i get this very strange message class stb not found in /var/" as a direct error in iptv stalker.
Is anyone online that can tell me what this means as a new subscriber and unsure what this message means , is the service down for maintence as I have never seen this before ?

thanks in advance for any answers , BTW love the service and a proud subscriber but would like to know why im getting this odd message at the bottom of my screen ??

I am not getting any message but its not connecting seems like server is down..NO IPTV
