this freezing problem and missing channels has now been going on way to long , if they cant get it fixed let us know , if they can get the problem fixed then get on and sort it out , if the problem is with their isp then find a new one but please do something quickly . they sold a product on the pretence that it would get better and better , but since taking your money it seems to be one problem after another ,if you are new to this my opinion would be not to waste your money , come back in six months and see if anything has changed if not then go elsewhere . this service was much better when it was free cause they knew if it was rubbish then they wouldnt get your money ...:mad::mad::mad:

HD quality portals with guaranteed quality of service starting from 40 USD per month.

What about us who have to pay $80 per month just for unlimited internet in a one ISP area? I am retired and this is getting expensive for this quality of service. The second tier of cable costs $79 per month hmm, hmm. The clock is ticking....

please don't blame our service for the cost of your internet, that is ludicrous. The internet is world wide, get a vpn and choose another provider.

These are exactly the type of answers I expected. No one is blaming NFPS for the internet costs, but it must be included when making a decision in paying $80 per month for internet for the service we are getting. My second tier cable is the same cost as unlimited internet. What is ludicrous is thinking I am blaming NFPS for my internet costs. Whatever...

Yes but not everyone is paying 80$ a month for Internet so it's worth it for them regardless, similarly for most this is not their main source of TV. In a perfect world, everything works all the time. A full sub with all these channels would be much more on top of your 80$ internet so again when it's down you wait and when its up you enjoy. Nature of the beast

It would appear that my post upset some. I am sorry if they are thin skinned but, I paid and kept my mouth shut from Feb 20156 until now. I guess I was expected to keep silent until Feb 2016 or 2017 or 2018. Again, I am sorry that I have a opinion, I will keep it to myself in the future. It apparently it is not wanted or needed here. I've been around since the bud days when you had a big cartridge to get worked on.I think that iptv will be a great choice for people over cable or satellite tv.

I've been around since the bud days when you had a big cartridge to get worked on.I think that iptv will be a great choice for people over cable or satellite tv.

Yes, it could be better, but when I do a cost-benefit analysis, the benefits far outweigh the cost. I think it's the only way you can look at a service like this.

I understand the frustration. I am kind of too. First we were told we would have the charlie lineup. Not here yet, however, they add so many channels. I know the PPV movies is a good adon (for some people) but I think this service should me more focused on live tv and service stability/quality. Not doing really well on those.

Hey a lot of us were around with the 10 and 12 foot dish era so what. That has nothing to do with it. Do you remember the horse and carriage days? Yes there are some impatient people on this site and in most cases rightfully so. Just like today the system is down for hours. I'm attempting to watch NBCSN guess what freezing. Now I'm on my pc watching it through KODI no freezing. Must be my isp!!!!!!

Yes you can say if you don't like it leave. That solves nothing. I truly believe all of us want to see a consistent watchable service. It would help if some of you would stop with the canned answer it has to be your isp. You want to make the negativity go away give us all a date that the system will be functional. If it's two years then say it. I can't believe on a true business model that someone doesn't have answer to that question. It is cost related!

Yes the service is not at 100% but if you look at the majority of the people with problems they did not go with what was recommended by NFPS/ROCKET from the beginning. It was recommended Mag or Avov and those 2 system have proven to be less problematic. I have multiple devices at home and i can see most of the time my mag 254 runs almost perfect compare with my pc or android. So again i say not all the blame is on them it can be on the quality of your devise.

I agree with you that they are working hard. Not you, but for some that hide their head in the sand and discredit that there are problems with the system is totally ridiculous. Then the canned answer is if you don't like it leave is equally ridiculous.

Mate , there are problems with the system. Everybody agrees. Unfortunately for IPTV, there is nothing else better out there. This is where the game is at. Though I wish NFPS would be more forth coming in communicating with us their clients. I feel to a great extent we are taken for granted. No official communication with regards to status of service, problems or future plans. We will hang in there. Time will tell.

there are plenty of portals around for $15-20/month. However I've never come across on that has a guaranteed level of service.

I agree with you partially in the fact there is nothing better out there. I also wish communication between customer and supplier was better. It is to there advantage to be open and honest. Its not happening. Why are people frustrated? THERE IS NO DIRECT COMMUNICATION AS TO WHAT TO EXPECT FOR THE FUTURE PERIOD! Zero not one word except for the marching soldiers on this site that say it will get better or the ones that are in total denial to the fact the the system is flawed. i'm really not attempting to be over negative. I'm just trying to get the attention of the decision maker or makers. Communication is required to be successful.

We don't care what you pay your ISP, if you have an issue with NFPS then you can say your thoughts as long as its clean but if you blame this site because of the fact that you pay lots for your Internet then that's your problem. I suggest you get a cheaper service or a better provider.

We allow members to speak about the service freezing or down and want to rant but when you start posting that the service sucks or constantly down and you blame the service and then posting other services which will get you an automatic ban. I personally have not spoke of any other service on this site. it does seem on this site either you step in line with the cheerleaders are get threatened with being banned. To tell you the truth, I read this thread prolly 5 times before I commented. I do not like to see members banned or threaten of ban. I will not see a staff member be second guessed either thou. Theone did not threaten a ban, he banned the correct person.

Then why would you bring up such a subject? We don't care what you pay your ISP. Everyone is paying for Internet. Its whats needed to get this services. Im sure you didn't have to change your Internet speed in order to get NFPS to work and if that is the case then you shouldn't be in this hobby.
