Output mode mosmatch please change device video output

Please help im new to the mag254 i hooked it up to my 51 inch samsung hdtv so i got to messing with the aettings and changed the resolution to 1080p 60 figured id have a better picture but now im getting no picture all i get is the infomir picture it says checking picture then loading at hottom of screen then my tv a box pops ip that says mode not supported resolution not supported change the resolution of the external devise how can i change it back somebody please help
