The Kodi app keeps nagging me to update. Whenever I update, it installs the new version, and I then have 2 different Kodi icons in the menu. None of the settings, repositories, or add-ons from my current Kodi install are carried over.
Any ideas? I've tried reinstalling the Kodi app several times.

Are you sure your not running Kodi and TVADDONS........if you have double kodi go to MY APPS and then hold down the OK button on the remote on the Kodi you want to take out.......message will come up to delete or uninstall

I have experienced the same thing. You get two KODI's. The only way I have found to rectify this is to go to system info and do a factory reset. But, if you do this, be warned. The tvonline seems to not do its updates properly and then it is locked up and you need to return for repair. I have two to return.

Floder2:
OK, thanks. That will help get rid of one of the Kodi's. But none of my settings, repositories, or add-ons were carried over to the new version, so I'm still kinda screwed.
Yes, one of my Kodi's is the TV addons version. But it keeps nagging me to update, then adds that other Kodi.
