phoenix unplayable stream

i have been receiving this message for 2 days now. has anyone else and if so have you found a solution to the problem?

Phoenix as been working fine, saw a movie from there yesterday!!

what receiver/box have you been using? i have the following boxes and i get this message on all them:
Firetv box
Firetv stick
wetek play
Keedox
and also kodi on windows 10
same message on all setups

Avov Vixo2 and TVOnline +, there was an update today also!!

Kodi windows 10, tablet and on my phone and it's working on all 3

after taking the update i am able to play 1 movie in the dolby digital section,everything else says unplayable stream. i'll keep trying to see if if comes back for me.
