Authorization Failed NFPS PVR Stalker

Te NFPS PVR stalker worked just fine before until recently it started throwing the "Authorization Failed" error. I checked the MAC address form the route checker from the website and it matches. I also changed it and it still gives me the error. What should I do?

I have the same problem for over 1 week I have been unable to watch any channels. I have reinstalled IPTV stalker, I'm donation is active, I have tried both MAC address with upper and lower case, I do not have the option in IPTV stalker to send serial number, it does not show up in the configuration. When I try to watch any channels I get IPTV Stalker Authorization Failed. I have IPTV Stalker version 9.0.19. Can anyone help? I've contacted papiao but have not got any response from them.

Blacknight you are hi-jacking the OP's post, pls make your own. In the meantime in kodi set your level to advanced to see the other setting options, thks

Under Settings-IPTV Stalker menu > Send Serial> Custom Serial> Serial Number: (what serial number should I use on this field?) What about Device Id/id2 & Signature?
