Wireless Connection

hello need some help please concerning my mag254 with Ethernet cable i get connected right away with the server but with my usb wireless i tried everything my connection is ok gives me status up and i can see my mac address
my ip address and i associated my mac address with the server no luck,so any help much appreciate
