My IP-TV service on mag 254 doesnt work, got a message it says " contact your provider to register this device" what should i do? Tried to reload but still nothing happens.. It used to work fine before then suddenly it started to freeze and yesterday it stopped working...need help

check you mac address may have changed make sure its for that box

I just did that, service is active and mac addres still the same, it happened suddenly on my both devices..both devices are mag 254

Go to the site un-link and re-link your mac address if that don't work send a picture of the sticker on your box to them
