Problems Accessing iptvprivateserver.com Website

Can anyone help. I have been having problems accessing the website https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps/ to check donations status and activate new donations. I have tried:

1) Three different computers using Explorer 11 to no avail
2) Safari using my ipad same result
3) Using Firefox

The result I get is the same :

The connection has timed out

The server at https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps/ is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I have never had any problems with any other site and my browser security is set at medium-high.

tried again but using chrome browser ,and see if works.

If the selection of a different browser view does not resolve the problem, try to add the shortcut of the problem website to the safe address list. To do this, follow these steps: 1.On the Tools menu, click Compatibility View settings.
2.In the Compatibility View Settings window, enter the shortcut of the problem website in the Add this website box, and then click Add.
3.Click Close.

This worked for me should anyone else have similar problem
