got a question about the new serial security

Ok so right now I'm using my tablet... I'm looking of getting a tvonline+... does this meen if I kept using my tablet... I won't be able to switch it to my top box after I receive it?

It should work if your settings are the same on both devices. All the serial information must be the same on both units.
